The KINEFLOW and KINECRIMP machine line offers high performance radial forming machines in vertical and horizontal axis which are capable of applying precise radial tool motions by actuating a system of dies radially toward the center axis of the work piece. The KINEFLOW and KINECRIMP system is designed for forming precision features such as squares, hexes, splines, anti-vibration crimps, mechanical assembly crimps, press fit interference features, and other custom geometry on solid and hollow components such as motor shafts, aerospace nuts, ratchet extensions, valve bodies, steering racks, and actuator shafts.
