KineSpin fluid cleaning systems maintain the quality and performance of essential fluids such as oils, lubricants, hydraulic fluids and coolants, to ensure the efficient and safe operation of industrial machinery. Contaminants can accumulate in industrial fluids over time causing increased wear-and-tear on equipment and reduce the effectiveness of your machinery.

Using centrifugal force, KineSpin fluid cleaning systems compact denser contaminants against the wall of the rotating clarifuge bowl while the clarified fluids flow out of the bowl in a continuous cycle until the desired level of clarity is achieved.

HIGH SPEED SOLID-LIQUID SEPARATION

Dirty fluids with suspended contaminant materials are introduced into the inner bowl of the centrifuge that is rotating at high speed.

Under centrifugal force, the fluids make their way up and out of the bowl. The denser solid contaminants are thrown to the outer perimeter of the bowl.

The denser solid contaminants are compacted and build a sludge wall that can be cleaned from the bowl by simply removing the bowl and emptying the sludge.

As the bowl spins, the clean fluids overflow the bowl and drain by gravity out the bottom, so they can be recirculated or collected and reused.

OIL RECLAMATION

KineSpin fluid cleaning systems extend the life of your industrial oils and lubricants. By removing all types of particles down to 5 microns in size including metal, abrasive stone, and dirt – not just ferrous material–optimal clarity is attained. Reclaimed oil prolongs the life of your equipment and reduces the need for additional costly oil purchases.

MEDIALESS FILTRATION

The KineSpin Clarifuge is effective for many types of liquids and particulate suspensions without the use of a traditional media filter. Contaminated fluid is pumped, or gravity fed, into the rotating bowl and then subjected to centrifugal forces in excess of 1000 G’s. The heavier particles are thrown out of suspension and collected within the bowl. Sludge accumulates and is packed tightly against the wall of the bowl by centrifugal force. Filtered liquid is then discharged and available for reuse.
