Kinefac extends a warm thank you to everyone who took the time to stop by booth #1876 at MD&M West on April 12th-14th in Anaheim, CA. The Kinefac technical team introduced our new bone screw rolling process and provided hands-on demonstrations of the KineCoil CNC 5-Axis MicroCoilerTM.
KineCoil™ microcoiling systems use the deflection coiling process to make coils complete without the need for secondary operations, such as stretching and trimming, and are capable of producing very precise coils with wire diameters ranging from .001” to .006” in addition to coils with shaped wire for special medical device and miniature electronics applications.
For high precision medical device components, the Kinefac MC-8 PowerBox KineRoller™ with up to 4-axis servo control is a superior choice.
