Portable Clarifuge
EASILY TRANSFER FROM MACHINE-TO-MACHINE
Maneuverable in factory aisles, the portable Clarifuge and Clari-Clean bowl cleaner are mounted on a cart and supplied with an 8 GPM circulation system allowing the fluid cleaning operation to operate at the machine until the contaminated liquid is restored to operating condition. The turnkey system includes a Clarifuge, cart, feed pump, starter switches and disconnects, and is an efficient alternative to costly central filtration systems.
Centech
A CONTINUOUS FLUID CLARIFICATION SYSTEM
The Centech removes suspended solids from used cutting oils and cleans cutting oils for reuse, improving machine tool life during extended operations. The system is comprised of a KineSpin Clarifuge and a two-tank, two-pump system with a 170- or 220-gallon fluid capacity. The system can be programmed to automatically pump clean oil to a storage tank. Systems are also available for water-soluble applications. The Centech system offers the following features:
