KineSpin™ centrifugal technology provides solutions for hot dip galvanizing, part coating, and a variety of other part treatments.
FROM HOT DIP GALVANIZED PARTS TO WAX COATINGS
KineSpin part coating equipment provides consistent high-quality finish and uniform coating thickness in a single handling process, without drops or heavy concentrations.
Improved Part Durability
High-quality uniform coatings reduce friction and improve part performance.
Enhanced Surface Finish
Thin coating of low-viscosity finishing fluids enhances surface finish.
Reclaimed Molten Metal
Treatment process recovers unused zinc or tin and reduces metal costs.
DISCOVER KINESPIN GALVANIZER SYSTEMS
Custom Solutions for Galvanized Parts Coating
KineSpin industrial spin galvanizers provide an efficient and cost-effective method for protecting steel and iron products from corrosion. KineSpin galvanizing systems can galvanize bolts, nuts, brackets and other small to medium-sized components. Our machines provide high-quality, uniform coatings, reduced coating thickness, and improved production efficiency. Our galvanizing systems are more environmentally friendly than traditional galvanizing methods because our machines use less zinc and generate less waste.
OUR ENGINEERS WORK WITH CUSTOMERS ON A DIVERSE SET OF CUSTOM APPLICATIONS TO ASSURE THAT WE MEET YOUR SPECIFIC NEEDS
HOT DIP GALVANIZING
Hot dip, or “spin galvanizing” consists of three primary steps—surface preparation, galvanizing, and inspection. After the parts have been prepped and submerged into the molten metal bath, coated parts are placed into the KineSpin galvanizer drum to begin the “spin” cycle. Rapid acceleration generated by KineSpin-built direct drive motor provides over 200 G’s to evenly distribute zinc across the surface and spin off any excess in under 10 seconds. Parts are then lifted out of the drum and inspected.
Applications
- Nuts, bolts & pipe fittings
- Marine hardware
- Electrical parts
PART COATING
KineSpin centrifugal equipment applies a protective layer to metal parts imparting a consistent, high-quality finish that protects against corrosion and other types of damage. KineSpin fluid extractor systems can be customized to many applications with the appropriate accessories to allow for use with oils, rust preventatives and waxes. Degreasing, washing and drying may be necessary to prepare the parts prior to coating. For more information, see Washing and Drying under Applications.
Applications
- Machined parts
- Anti-rust solutions
- Anti-wear treatments
